2. Contest open to those 18 years or older and not residing in areas excluded by law between 06/03/07 and 07/12/07.

3. Handwritten entries must be individually written and mailed to The Baltimore Sun or deposited in the box in the lobby of The Baltimore Sun. No photomechanical reproductions will be accepted. In the unlikely event that The Baltimore Sun runs out of entry blanks, entries may be individually written on a blank 3" x 5" card or paper with name, address and phone number of the entrant and the words "Goodyear Promo" printed on it. All entries must be received by 5pm on 07/12/07. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected on or about 07/13/07 to receive the prize, which includes a ride in Goodyear Blimp for themselves and 4 guests. Total estimated value $8,000. Two (2) people will win two (2) VIP tickets to the NASCAR race at Dover in September. Total value $750. Two (2) people will win two (2) VIP tickets to the NASCAR race at Richmond in September. Total value $750. One prize per household. Winners will be notified by phone or mail. Employees and family members of The Baltimore Sun Company, The Tribune Company, and Goodyear are not eligible to enter. Winners may be required to come to the offices of The Baltimore Sun between 10 am and 4 pm, Mon. - Fri., present photo identification and a valid social security card, and sign a release and affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification or winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners must pay all taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with this contest and the prize. Winners agree, without further compensation, to the use of their name, likeness, image, and photograph by The Baltimore Sun Company for promotional purposes. Winners agree to all rules by entering this contest. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution will be made. All decisions of the Baltimore Sun Company are final.
