CrossFit

Increase your strength, cardiovascular endurance, respiratory endurance, power, speed, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy by doing CrossFit. CrossFit uses natural or functional movements that we do every day and combines them in different ways at a high intensity. You'll feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level because each CrossFit work out is scalable. We start with what you can do and build from there. Classes are instructor-led and the workouts are designed to accommodate not intimidate so children, adults and seniors can participate in this type of exercise.

You will receive a warm welcome as well as support and commitment from your instructor and fellow participants, creating an environment where everyone can succeed.

We combine elements of boot camp workouts, gymnastics (especially rings and floor work), Olympic weightlifting, rowing, and running.

Some workouts are done for time, others for maximum number of reps. The possibilities for fitness are endless: in one workout, you may do pushups, squats, and pull-ups. In another, you'll do box jumps, presses and jump-rope.

As you progress, we introduce more challenging exercises to improve your coordination, agility, and range of motion. This also keeps it fun and interesting!
