Group Exercise

The Group Exercise program at LifeBridge Health & Fitness is conducted by the area's most dynamic and highly skilled professionals in the industry.

Take a class in one of our three Group Exercise Studios, featuring suspended wood flooring, specialized lighting, air and temperature control, state-of-the-art stereo components, and the most up-to-date equipment, all designed to maximize your group exercise experience.

Our diverse class selections include the popular Les Mils Body Pump and Body Vive workouts as well as our very own Kickbox Plus, functional strength training, cardio interval training, Dance Fusion, Tai chi and Yoga.

Yoga enthusiasts will enjoy a wide range of classes, most of which are included in your membership at no additional charge. Flow yoga and power yoga are the most physically demanding and offer a more intense workout, focusing on breathing and correct postural alignment.

For a more basic workout, choose Gentle Yoga or Chair yoga, which move at a slower pace still allowing you to enjoy a terrific workout. No matter which yoga class you chose, you'll feel comfortable exercising at your own pace.

For cycling enthusiasts, experience a high energy, no-impact workout in our CycleFit Studio, with 26 state-of-the-art Schwinn Evolution™ cycles. Burn hundreds of calories and sculpt your legs as your instructor leads you on a visual journey as if you were cycling outdoors. You control the intensity so you'll work as hard as you wish throughout your ride.
