Looking to get the most from each and every workout? A personal trainer gives you that extra guidance and motivation to maximize your results. LifeBridge Health and Fitness offers Personal Training Services with highly educated and experienced professionals. Our training team is diverse, including a physical therapist, athletic trainers, exercise physiologists, strength and conditioning specialists and post rehab exercise specialists, all trained to work with people who have a wide range of medical histories and goals, from post-rehab to elite sports training.

You can work with a LifeBridge Health and Fitness personal trainer for just a few sessions to get you started on an exercise regimen, or long term for one-on-one motivation, education and training. It's all up to you! You decide how often or for how long you want the support of a personal trainer.

You don't have to be a member to take advantage of personal training services at LifeBridge Health and Fitness. Non-member rates are available. Our staff is happy to meet with you to discuss your goals and the ways we can work together to help you achieve your personal best.
