Dr. Neel Vibhakar earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania-Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and completed an internship and residency in emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Vibhakar is board certified in emergency medicine.
