Dr. Sklar received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed residencies in surgery and urology at the University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Sklar serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Impotence Research and as a reviewer for the Journal of Urology, World Journal of Urology, Urology and the Asian Journal of Andrology. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
